The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. LIMITATIONS ON REVERSE ENGINEERING, DECOMPILATION, DISASSEMBLY, AND UNINSTALLATION. You agree that ShatteredWindows.com and its affiliates may collect and use personal information gathered as part of the snooping/spying activities conducted by us, or by the aforementioned mandatory registration. ShatteredWindows.com may use this information to improve our products or to provide customized services, technologies, or advertising to you and will disclose this information in a form that personally identifies you, your family, and most of your friends. 7. This allows college students to study you and your computer use for their marketing, psychology, or photography classes. They may also utilize access to your personal information to offset educational expenses. 13. SOFTWARE TRANSFER. Internal. Placebo will automatically spread to all Workstation Computer in your ownership, and any that can be connected to you by no more than 6 degrees of separation. 14. TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTY. Any individual not connected you by no more than 6 degrees of separation will be considered a Third Party. Automatic transfers to Third Parties will include all of the Software (including all component parts, any upgrades, and this EULA). The transfer may be an indirect transfer, such as a consignment. After the transfer, the end user receiving the Software will have agreed to all the EULA terms. 15. VERY LIMITED WARRANTY FOR SOFTWARE ACQUIRED IN THE US, CANADA, AND UZBEKISTAN. ShatteredWindows.com warrants that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying materials for a period of ninety (90) years from the date of receipt.
